What is a Partner? Start

As a Partner it allows your customers to hit a link to visit TickPC. The Partner Programme is designed for those whose business is complimentary to TickPC. For example software and systems integrators would be one such complimentary business.

What is an Associate? Start

As an Affiliate you will be able to add a banner advertising or text links on your site to ours in return for a commission on all sales revenue generated. The Affiliate programme is designed for those whose business could be non-complimentary to TickPC.

How much can I earn? Start

TickPC Technology Ltd is currently offering for Partners 2.5% commission on all sales generated (excluding VAT), excluding costs for shipping, handling, service charges, credit card processing fees, returns and bad debt sand 2% for Affiliates. This means for Partners that for every 10 individuals following a link from your site and ordering computer equipment to the value of £10,000, you will earn a commission of £250. For Affiliates this would be £200. The commission is paid quarterly. TickPC will track all visitors from your site and a commission will be paid quarterly on all revenues generated. We will submit a quarterly statement detailing the commission and pay you referral fees (including VAT, if any, on presentation of a valid VAT invoice) on a quarterly basis. Approximately 30 days following the end of each calendar quarter, we will send you payment for the referral fees earned on Qualifying Products that were dispatched during that quarter. However, if the fees payable to you for any calendar quarter are less than £25.00, we will hold those fees until the total amount due is at least £25.00 or (if earlier) until this Agreement is terminated. If the customer returns a Product that generated a referral fee, we will deduct the corresponding fee from your next quarterly payment. If there is no subsequent payment, we will send you an invoice for the fee.

What are the conditions of enrolment? Start

To begin the enrolment process, you need to submit a complete Programme application via our site. We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for either of our Programmes. Unsuitable sites include, but are not limited to, those that:

Promote sexually explicit materials
Promote violence
Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Promote illegal activities
Breach intellectual property rights
Include "TickPC" or variations or misspellings thereof in their domain names.

If we reject your application, you are welcome to reapply to the Programme at any time. You should also note that if we accept your application and your site is thereafter determined (at our sole discretion) to be unsuitable for the Programme, we may terminate this Agreement.

We will process Product orders placed by customers who follow the Special Link from your site or mirror site of the TickPC site depending on whether you are a Super Affiliate or an Affiliate. We reserve the right to reject orders that do not comply with any requirements that we periodically may establish. We will be responsible for all aspects of order processing. Among other things, we will prepare order forms; process payments, cancellations, returns and handle customer service. We will track sales made to customers who purchase Products using Special Links from your site to our site and will make available reports summarising this sales activity every quarter. To permit accurate tracking, reporting and fee accrual, you must ensure that the Special Link between your site and our site is properly formatted. We will not be liable for paying referral fees on purchases that are not correctly tracked and reported because the link between your site and our site is not properly formatted.

You may not purchase products during sessions initiated through the link on your site for your own use, for resale or commercial use of any kind. This includes orders for customers or on behalf of customers or orders for products to be used by you or your friends, relatives, or associates in any manner. Such purchases may result (in our sole discretion) in the withholding of referral fees or the termination of this Agreement.

What is the link to our site? Start

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for the duration of the term of this Agreement. This is solely for purposes of facilitating referrals from your site to the mirror or our site, to establish and maintain a link to the relevant home pages.

How do I register? Start

Complete the registration page and obtain your unique user ID. HTML code will automatically be generated and added to your website.
